Our new Librarians and Reading Champions have taken up their roles. The Librarians will be responsible for the library on a Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, helping children to choose books, keeping the space tidy and keeping up to date with the Library records. The Reading Champions will be responsible for raising the profile of reading across the school, which will include the reading displays in corridors and making sure that we have books in school that children want to read. One of their first jobs will be deciding how to spend the £250 Waterstones vouchers that the school won in the Beat the Streets Challenge.
We wish our Librarians and Reading Champions good luck in their new roles.
